How to Shop Budget Builders Hardware

We try to make it as easy as possible to shop using our website, however depending on how often you have shopped on the Internet it can still be a bit daunting the first couple of times.
To shop Budget Handles please follow these steps:

1. Add products to your cart

  • Browse our site until you find the product you want
  • On the product page choose any options that might be required (eg size or door handle function)
  • Enter the required quantity and and click “Add to Cart”
  • Repeat these steps for any other products you want

2. Order your Goods
To checkout please click “Order Now” in the “Shopping Cart” on the right hand side.

3. Enter your details

  • delivery address :: required so we can send your goods to you
  • email address :: so we can keep you informed about your order (order confirmation, payment confirmation and dispatch confirmation)
  • Password :: required so you can track your order and don’t have to enter your details again next time you shop Budget Handles.
  • Email Preferences :: indicate your preferences and then

4. Click “Continue” and you will be taken to the Payment screen:

  • Choose how to want to pay for your order (payment options are online credit card payment using your Visa, Master or AmEx, PayPal, direct deposit, cheque or you can phone or fax your credit card details for us to process manually)
  • enter any additional instructions to us

5. Click “Continue” and you will now be able to review your order, click “Confirm Order” once you’re satisfied that all is correct

Your payment will now be processed by Eway for any credit card payments, if paying by PayPal then you will now be taken to PayPal’s secure site to make your payment. Be sure to click “Return to Merchant” once you have completed the PayPal process. On receipt of your payment confirmation from Eway or PayPal your order status will be changed to “Processing” and our warehouse staff will know to dispatch your order. For direct deposit, manual C/C and cheque payments the status of your order will stay as “Pending” until your payment has been received.

6. Order Confirmation

You should now see our “Thank you” page and you should receive an order confirmation in your inbox within a couple of minutes.

How we process your order:

If you have paid for your order by Eway or PayPal then the next email you receive will be the dispatch confirmation together with your Australia Post tracking information from the warehouse. We typically dispatch your order the following working day, please note that if your order requires keying it will be delayed for a couple of days.

For all orders that have not been paid online we will await your payment and on receipt of your payment we will update your order status to Processing and send you a order update email confirming the receipt of your funds and on the next business day your order will be dispatched and you will receive a email confirmation together with your Australia Post tracking information from the warehouse about this.

We keep plenty of stock of all of our products however occasionally we might run out of supply on an item, in which case we will backorder the item for you and note this on the invoice attached to your parcel and your dispatch confirmation email and dispatch your backorder as soon as it comes to hand.
